About Shipping
About Shipment
Orders will be shipped within 2–3 days after your order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and company holidays). The shipping date will be notified by email after your order is received.
Only items in stock will be shipped within 2–3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and company holidays). Please note that due to high demand, some items may be out of stock.
If you purchase items with different scheduled shipping dates, all items will be shipped together according to the latest shipping date. If you prefer separate shipments, please place separate orders for each item.
Due to system reasons, it may take several hours for your order to be confirmed after it is placed. Please note that the automatically sent "order confirmation email" is only a notification of receipt of your order, not a confirmation of the order.
We cannot ship on company holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, or during Obon. Please check our notifications for holiday and shipping schedule changes.

We entrust your valuable items to our reliable shipping partners, but due to increased shipping volume, traffic conditions, or customs procedures in the destination country, delivery may be delayed beyond the estimated date.
If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please check the delivery status using your tracking number and contact the shipping carrier directly.
Please note that neither our company nor the shipping carrier can proactively notify you of delivery delays.
If you are contacted by the shipping carrier or customs regarding customs clearance, you will need to respond directly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in advance.

About Returns and Cancellations
We do not accept returns, so please carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

We cannot accept order cancellations or returns in the following cases:
・Order cancellations due to customer’s personal reasons
・Returns because the delivered product is different from what you imagined
・Product color differs from what you saw on your computer
Please note that colors displayed on your computer may vary depending on your monitor’s performance and settings.
In Case of Incorrect or Defective Products Delivered
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us by email or phone within 3 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange for a replacement.
When we send the replacement product, we will include a prepaid return shipping label. Please use this label to return the incorrect or defective item to us.
Our staff carefully inspect and pack all products before shipping, but if there is any mistake or defect, we will respond promptly.
However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, or have scratches, stains, or signs of use caused by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
